Canterbury Maspalomas thoroughly enjoyed learning about the life of an author during your visit and discovering how you find inspiration for your many books. The children loved hearing how illustrators help bring the stories to life. Our younger pupils were captivated by fun and engaging stories about some of their favourite animals—sharks, dogs, and cats—which inspired them to want to read more and more. The older children were equally enthralled by a thrilling and slightly scary tale that shook them to their toes and left them eager to buy the book to find out how the story ended. You truly brought books to life and inspired a lasting love of reading in all our children.
